03What happens to your licence
A fully refunded or disputed licence is revoked: its key stops working and Foldout no longer activates it. A partial refund does not revoke it. The Licence page says how a licence ends.
04Your rights in law
This refund is in addition to the rights the law gives you. In the European Union, a consumer may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you buy digital content that is delivered at once, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that statutory right once delivery starts, as Creem's Buyer Terms describe. Our refund is wider: it applies whether or not you activate the licence.

Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We can usually settle it faster.
